Ross Ag Services is led by Ryan Ross, an independent horse trainer and agriculture consultant specializing in pasture and rangeland management.

Ryan grew up on a working ranch and trained his first horse at the age of fourteen years. He has fifteen years of active work experience in ranching, including eight years devoted to horse training. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Economics from Texas A&M University in 2010, and he worked for Producers Cooperative in Bryan as a field representative with a focus on pasture and rangeland management from 2011-2013.

Ryan resides in Independence, Texas with his family and works within a six county area: Washington, Austin, Grimes, Brazos, Fayette, and Burleson.
